I have recently purchased an Android "aPad","ePad", "WOW-Pad". I have several 3rd party, as well as Android Market Aps (APK) installed. I downloaded the OS update and learned that I will lose all that I have added when I install the update. I therefore need to backup the tablet so that I can restore all the aps. There are no instructions for backing up and I wonder if any other folks can help me out. Thanks.
