2 iphones on 1 computer (PC)

hi,

anyone has any issues with running 2 iphones on the same pc?

my pc has died and i need to backup my contacts on my wife's pc but she also has an iphone.

do i need to create seperate window accounts or will it be ok under her account?

any advise would be great
