Unanswered: Repeat appointments

I want to upgrade, or puchase, a phone with the following functions

a) Touchscreen
b) Qwerty keyboard, separate or onscreen
c)a repeat facility which allows me to enter appointments such as 1st Tuesday in June or 3rd Friday in March etc each year
