Chinese input method on 9780

Hi,

Picked up a Bold 9780 yesterday, this being my first Blackberry device I am a noob with Blackberry phones.
It doesn't have support for Chinese input and i also can't read Chinese, all that comes up is squares...
so just wondering what I can do to get Chinese on the phone so that I can read and input Chinese?
