Maemo 5 PR1.3 now available for N900

Version is 20.2010.36-2 (aka PR1.3) should now be available as a download in the Application Manager (84MB download).

Flashable image not yet available, or a change log but expected to be mostly bug fixes, performance improvements and better support for Ovi Suite.
