Help! No symbian system!

My phone operates the nokia genuine operating system instead of symbian one.
I newly purchased a nokia N73, I disassembled the phone and confirmed the hardwire is genuine nokia ones, but I spot the system is not the symbian,
What can I do? Can flash loader is suitable or not?
